Spoke to Brett over phone about a potential roof leak which might be causing mold on the carpet. In less than 40 mins he was at my house ready to fix the issue. Soon he figured out that the gutter drain pipe is clogged and took no time to clear the blockage. He also looked at the other gutter drain pipe and inspected the roof for any potential tile crack. Gave lot of honest feedback about the roof health in general and promised me to send a no obligation quote to accomplish some selected roof work which I requested. The best part is he didn't charge any money because he thought this wasn't a decent size job. Well, it was for me because I was sick of the mold for over a month. I insisted to pay for the visit for couple of times but Brett was firm he won't. This is the first time I met Brett and I think now I know whom to call if I hit roof related issues.
