Following a recent dump of rain we had a roof leak in our two storey home in Elwood. The problem appeared to me to be caused by rain coming off the solar panels finding its way in somewhere around a skylight. Brett was recommended by a person in the building industry who vouched for the quality of his work so I gave him a call. He and his colleague Jonathan arrived that same afternoon (which I was very thankful about) and they hopped onto the roof. Brett identified an issue with the flashing, explained how the leak occurred and what he would do to fix the problem. While he was up there he did a quick roof inspection and reassured me that it was in pretty good shape and there was no need for any maintenance in the near term. Fantastic service. Both Brett and Jonathan are friendly guys. If I do happen to have problems in the future I’ll definitely be giving Brett a call.

I had a great experience with VIVIFY! When I discovered a leak in my roof, I was concerned about how long it would take to get it fixed. However, Brett and the team were quick to respond and came out right away to assess the situation. They not only repaired the leak promptly but also went the extra mile to fix other damaged tiles they found. The team were really friendly, and answered all my questions no matter how small. These guys are the real deal. They are honest and actually have a conscience! They did a new steel roof for some family members and roof restoration for the in-laws. I just got them out for a quote on our tile roof which is old and has lichen. Luke was very quick to get back with a call abs very helpful on the phone. Brett came out for the quote. Very honestly told me that whilst they could restore the roof, it’s not worth spending the money now as we are planning a renovation in the next few years. Also showed me some things that I could do to clean the roof even though he already knew we didn’t need to go ahead at this time. Will definitely contact these guys again when we have done the reno and need roof restoration or replacement. Keep up the good work.

Brett was brilliant, so kind and professional!!! I had a different roof tiler booked as had broken/ delaminated roof tiles with rain getting into the roof cavity however they did not appear nor return my calls. At short notice, l called Brett at Vivify Roofing and he informed he would come same afternoon as was on his way home from another job. He was very professional, completed the works efficiently and with care and was so nice. The additional, unexpected job did not perturb him and guess what......... he didn't charge me!!!! Definitely getting him back for the whole roof to be done when we renovate. Thanks so much Brett.

If I could rate Vivify 10 stars I would. Brett and Aaron are the people you want to use if you're having issues with anything to do with your roof. Not only will they give you actual practical advice instead of trying to scare you into spending tens of thousands of dollars, they'll do the work quickly and efficiently leaving your roof looking brand new. Honestly I got about 7 quotes before finding Vivify and they would all give me vastly different stories about what was wrong and what it was going to take to fix it. The prices ranged from $5k to $45k but it wasn't until I spoke with Brett that I got a solid answer and he actually re-assured us that there wasn't actually too much wrong (!) He even fixed where water was leaking in without me spending a single dollar or agreeing to any quote - where others had wanted to charge $1500 just for that. It's really rare to find such genuine, excellent people in this industry, sadly, maybe because there's so much money to be had from scaring people into having roof replacements that they don't really need. We're so happy with the work that was done and so relieved that we didn't need to spend the huge amounts others had been quoting because the situation wasn't that bad.

There were water leak stains on the ceiling. A previous plumber charged an astronomical amount just to investigate but couldn't work out where the potential source of leak came from. Spoke to Brett on Friday, Came out Monday morning as promised. Investigated AND fixed the leak in less than half hour. THANKS BRETT!!

Highly recommend the company. Brett and his team are real professionals and nice guys too! I had a series of cracks on my roof tiles caused by installation of solar panels. They immediately came for inspection after I asked for their service and did a great job fixing them. I am completely happy with their quality of work and workmanship! Thank you so much to Brett and the Vivify team. With much frustration after a previous roofing company who claims to be number one in Melbourne completely ruined our roof and caused many months of sub-par patch-up jobs that simply didn't work, Brett and his team found the root cause of our ongoing roof leaks, (which stems back to poor workmanship when our house was built) and finally corrected them. These guys really know their way around a roof, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any in need of a roof repair or restoration.

I live in NSW and stumbled across the Vivify Roofing site looking for information about painting terracotta roof tiles. I reached out for a quote not checking first where the company was based. Despite being in Melbourne (and obviously unable to help me in Sydney) Brett called me direct to offer his wealth of knowledge and advice. He was able to review my property while chatting over the phone to ‘see’ what we were talking about! Brett provided some clear and sound advice on what I should consider and, more importantly, what I should be looking for from anyone quoting on the job here in Sydney. Brett talked a lot of sense and offered some great advice. It was reassuring to talk to someone who knew their stuff with absolutely no vested interest; other than to provide an outstanding customer service – to someone who couldn’t technically even be his customer! Brett followed up by sending me the contact details of companies I could follow up with here in Sydney. Amazing service. Thanks Brett. Spoke to Brett over phone about a potential roof leak which might be causing mold on the carpet. In less than 40 mins he was at my house ready to fix the issue. Soon he figured out that the gutter drain pipe is clogged and took no time to clear the blockage. He also looked at the other gutter drain pipe and inspected the roof for any potential tile crack. Gave lot of honest feedback about the roof health in general and promised me to send a no obligation quote to accomplish some selected roof work which I requested. The best part is he didn't charge any money because he thought this wasn't a decent size job. Well, it was for me because I was sick of the mold for over a month. I insisted to pay for the visit for couple of times but Brett was firm he won't. This is the first time I met Brett and I think now I know whom to call if I hit roof related issues. I wish I could rate Brett and his team more than a 5 star rating. Thanks so much Mate !!

We are so glad we found Brett from Vivify Roofing. Originally we engaged a very well known Melbourne roofing company to repaint our Colorbond roof and they made a complete mess of it. The roof was not prepped properly, streaks and defects were highly visible from the street. We were worried the whole roof would need a replacement. I highly recommend Vivify. Brett and crew did a great job restoring my terracotta roof. After cleaning and repointing/rebedding the roof looks new again. Brett also saved me money by arranging for the safety rails to remain in place for the installation of my solar panels. And he fitted a new finial and chimney cowl at no extra cost. Brett even came back promptly to fix some damage done by the solar installers, again free of charge. Great work and great service.

Brett came around promptly and spent time identifying the issues we had with water damage. He was able to replace screws and tighten others wherever necessary. He is agile and capable taking care to check all problem areas on our very steep roof and clean up well. He is a very professional roofing plumber and I was extremely happy with the job. Used Brett and his team to help fix a number of long known issues with my roof. He and his team were prompt, quoted quickly and fairly and also made sure I knew what was included, and if any issues occurred what additional it would cost - before he started. When replacing titles he was thoughtful about which ones he should replace and where on the roof so I did not have odd tiles (My colour no longer available - plus with 15 years of wear) He turned up when he said he would, polite and got the job done quickly. Now the roof is ready for solar! Have already recommended him to others and would get him back in a heartbeat.
