Studley Park Boathouse – Roof Restoration Project
The Vivify Roofing team was proud to restore the iconic Studley Park Boathouse, one of Melbourne’s most recognisable heritage landmarks. This project focused on carefully revitalising the existing metal roof while preserving the character and history of the site.
Scope of Works
- Repainting the faded metal roof
- Replacing Gutters and Downpipes
- Cleaning and Preparing the Roof for Restoration
- Installing a new Box Gutter
- Replacing all Roof Screws and flashing
- Repainting the Entire Roof
- To ensure access and safety, the project required the use of an Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
